Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon Japanese pink salt or pure mineral-rich pink sea salt
  • 8 oz warm filtered water about 1 glass
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice optional
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger optional

Instructions
 

  • Warm the filtered water until it reaches a comfortable, lukewarm temperature.
  • Stir in the Japanese pink salt until fully dissolved.
  • If desired, add lemon juice and/or grated ginger for flavor and extra health benefits.
  • Drink slowly first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, at least 20 minutes before breakfast or coffee.
