  • 1 tbsp dried lemon balm leaves or 2 tbsp fresh
  • 8 oz filtered water
  • 1 tsp honey or stevia optional
  • 1 –2 lemon slices optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water, then remove from heat.
  • Add lemon balm leaves to a cup or teapot.
  • Pour hot water over the leaves and steep for 5–7 minutes.
  • Strain and add honey or lemon slices if desired.
