- 1 tbsp dried lemon balm leaves or 2 tbsp fresh
- 8 oz filtered water
- 1 tsp honey or stevia optional
- 1 –2 lemon slices optional
Boil the water, then remove from heat.
Add lemon balm leaves to a cup or teapot.
Pour hot water over the leaves and steep for 5–7 minutes.
Strain and add honey or lemon slices if desired.
