  • 1 ripe avocado sliced or cubed
  • ½ cup walnuts raw or lightly toasted

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry baby spinach.
  • Rinse raspberries gently and pat dry.
  • Slice avocado right before serving.
  • Toast walnuts lightly if desired.
  • Arrange spinach as the base in a large bowl.
  • Scatter raspberries evenly over spinach.
  • Add walnuts and avocado on top.
  • Whisk olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
